All products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS, FedEx or UPS). The average transit time is between 1-7 business days for any destination in the contiguous United States. Note that this does not include pre-ship time.

The Java Stores is a drop-ship company, and as such orders placed with multiple brands may be shipped from different locations. If you have any questions about shipping before or after placing an order email us @ info@thejavastores.com.

At The Java Stores, we understand your concern about privacy and we do everything in our power to ensure that any information you share with us remains confidential. When you place an order with us, we collect only the necessary information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. We will never solicit your personal information.

Most items can be returned within 30 days. All orders must be returned in unused, sellable condition with the original packaging. Please email your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your request is received, you will receive an email from our customer care team within 3-7 business days.

An RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number will be issued and sent to you by email along with the return instructions on how and where to return your order. Returns without an RMA number, will generally be refused by the return warehouse.

We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped within the US, with one notable exception: orders delivered within the state of Texas.
